HOW FASHION IS INTERGRATED WITH MATH AND ITS SCOPE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

How many of us know that math is used in fashion design and the use of math in fashion makes the fashion design more effective and perfect one. I think only few of us understand the design concept and how the math is involved fashion designing.  Guys we must understand that the math is not only used for fashion designing, it is used everywhere in technology & in business!. But don’t feel sad if you can’t find out the connection between ‘math & fashion’. This article is for you.

We must understand, while designing a fashion, basically there are 4 elements lines, shapes, colour and form. As highlighted, Lines and Shapes are from mathematics and even money, measurement & more mathematical concepts are involved here. 

Below is an example of a cloth design which has effectively used math concepts in measurements and shapes to obtain attractive design. This was one of my creations where I use math in fashion designing. Now let us think how can this effort make us an entrepreneur? You can make more outfits like this with attractive designs and patterns and sell it, the most preferable way is selling it online like; Amazon, Meesho, etc. Another advantage is when we implement maths concepts in designing  optimum usage of  raw materials without much wastage.
